4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Respond to requests and approvals in a timely manner.
• Comply with all applicable laws when using our services.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and content we create for you remain our property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, ownership will transfer as outlined in your agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary materials without our written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We will keep your confidential information private and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required to perform our services or by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeLead will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the services in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the services with written notice as outlined in the specific service agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools or services in the course of providing our work. We are not responsible for the actions, terms, or privacy policies of these third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
